plain terms for a small shop.

the gate

entry is granted by conversation, at our discretion, exercised by software. passing the gate grants a time-limited pass to purchase — nothing more. the keeper is an ai; do not rely on anything it says as advice, promise, or fact. attempts to abuse, overload, or game the gate may be rate-limited or blocked.

purchases

prices are as shown at checkout. payment is in zcash and is final when confirmed on-chain. if something arrives damaged or never arrives, write to us and we will make it right with a replacement or a zec refund at the amount paid.

shipping

we ship to the address you give us. if the address was wrong, we cannot recover what the postal system swallows — check it carefully.

the goods

physical goods are described honestly and photographed or rendered as noted. minor variations in fabric and finish are the nature of real things.

liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid. nothing here limits rights that your local law does not allow to be limited.

changes

we may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
